Cozy Lake Front Cabins

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Once we reserve a cabin, we remove that cabin from the market turning down all other rental requests for the cabin. If a guest cancels a reservation more than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, there will be a $10.00 administration fee. If a guest cancels their reservation within 7 days of their scheduled arrival date, there will be a $25.00 administration fee and subject to full payment if the room is not able to be rebooked.

Payment for the cabin reservation is to be paid upon arrival unless arrangement is made to pay upon departure. In the event of an emergency requiring an early departure, we will gladly give a partial refund (if full stay has been paid) or adjust total (if arrangements were made to pay upon departure) if the room is able to be re-booked. When required, deposits should be made when making your reservations for the cabin.

All of our cabins are NO smoking. We request that you smoke outside only and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Thank you in advance for your cooperation to keep cabins smoke free .

We are pet friendly! Well behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome. The Corp requires pets be on a leash when on Corp property. If a pet is left alone in a cabin, they must be in a kennel. Pets are not allowed on furniture when in the cabins. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and must clean up after them (poop bags are sold in the store if needed).

You are responsible for leaving accommodations in the same condition as it was when you arrived (outside of normal cleaning and making of beds). Trash must be removed from the cabin (there is a dumpster on site) and all dishes that were used must be washed. If something accidentally gets broken during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. If damages (such as, but not limited to, pet stains, pet hair or damages to bedding or furniture, rips or non removable stains on furniture, missing or damaged cabin supplies, broken blinds or ripped curtains, damage to flooring or walls that require repair or replacement, etc.) are found after your departure, you will be provided an invoice for repairs/replacements and your credit card will be charged. The guest who made the reservation is financially responsible for damages should someone in the party fail to do so.
